Shaft parts we machine most often
- Piston rods: stainless, chrome-plated and high-frequency quenched. Hard chrome about 0.03–0.05 mm. Materials C45, 40Cr, 304/316.
- Linear shafts: ground shafts for linear motion, commonly GCr15 / SUJ2.
- Machining shafts: turned and ground shafts, including large-diameter parts.
- Hollow shafts: honed or ground inner bore for weight reduction, air or coolant passage.
- Cylinder tubes: honed-bore tubes for hydraulic cylinders.
- Guide columns and tie bars: for injection, die-casting and press equipment.
- Deep-hole drilled shafts: gun-drilled bores to drawing.
Other machining to drawing
If the part is not a shaft, send the drawing anyway. We take CNC turning, machining-center work and general precision machining for hydraulic, automation and machinery parts, including threads, flanges, stepped parts and other features shown on your print.
Tell us the material, quantity and which dimensions are critical. We confirm what we can hold before quoting.

Questions buyers ask
Can you machine only shafts?
No. Shafts, piston rods and cylinder parts are the main work. Other CNC turning and machining-center parts are accepted when you send a drawing.
Do you accept one sample before a batch?
Yes. Most OEM orders start with a sample or a small pilot run.
